We believe there are two main objectives in creating well buildings. The first is to deliver a building that is built and performs during its lifetime in a sustainable way and the second objective is for the building to support the personal wellbeing, health and comfort of its occupants.

With this in mind, we provide technical and practical advice on how to provide the most suitable sustainable, green energy solutions for each unique building and carefully match the available technology with each of our clients expectations and requirements.

Whether its a home, office, factory or school, every existing building has and is uniquely constructed within its own setting, often affected by the prevailing weather, orientation, other close buildings and its use. Other factors to consider are the existing forms of energy supplies, the likely changes in future technology and most importantly the demanding expectations of the buildings occupier, its owners and all supporting the challenge to tackle climate change, save energy costs and become self sufficient in green energy.

Most of us understand the challenge and accept this need for change, but to be really successful and to reach as many people as possible we will need to create and include our health, comfort and personal wellbeing into our solutions, which is our interpretation of the two main objectives for the task in hand.

The good news is, this is well under way with a huge effort over recent years with new innovative technologies, bringing real tangible benefits to us all, but this inevitably brings choice and choosing the best solutions can raise a few challenges. Some technical, some practical and some personal.

We are no longer in the position of just accepting add-ons, as with solar PV for example, which only fulfils part of the solution. It is now much more complex and if we are to gain the maximum long term benefits of our investment, our solutions will undoubtedly be a mix of technologies, all working in harmony within their setting and providing real personal benefits for today and far into the future, without creating harm for our children, grandchildren and future generations.
